Return and Exchange Policy
At Tapsara, we want you to shop with complete confidence and comfort. While we maintain strict hygiene standards for intimate wear, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.
Eligible for Return / Exchange
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on the following product categories, subject to the eligibility conditions outlined below.
Eligible Products:
- Saree Shapewear
- Bodycon Dresses
Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must successfully pass our quality inspection upon receipt

Courier Charges (Mandatory Condition)
Please note the following important shipping terms:
- Customers must bear all courier/shipping charges for returns or exchanges
- This applies to both pickup and self-shipping options
- Courier/shipping charges are strictly non-refundable
- Return/exchange requests will be processed only after acceptance of these terms
Return / Exchange Process
1. Pickup Facility (If Available)
If pickup service is available in your area:
- Pickup will be scheduled within 1–3 business days after approval of your return request.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed and ready for collection.
- A return pickup fee of ₹100 per item will be charged and may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

Return pickup charges are non-refundable.
2. Self-Ship Option
If pickup is unavailable:
- Ship the product through a trusted courier service
- Please share the courier receipt and tracking details atsupport@tapsara.in
- Self-shipping courier charges will not be reimbursed
Refund Process
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after successful receipt and quality inspection.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be processed after receiving and verifying your bank account details, within 7–10 working days.
Store Credit Option
You may choose to receive a store credit note via your registered email for future shopping.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible:
- All regular shapewear (except Saree Shapewear)
- Bodysuits & Brief Bodysuits
- Panties / Underwear
- Shorts
- Accessories
⚠ Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Product Images

We’ll resolve the issue on priority with a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible
